Ryan Levenson, Principal and Portfolio Manager

Prior to starting the Fund in 2007, and since 2003, Ryan served as Vice President of Business Development at MSI, a privately held building products distributor and construction services company. Prior to MSI, Ryan served as a financial analyst for Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn's long/short equity hedge fund after working at SAC Capital Advisors LLC in a similar capacity. Ryan began his career as an analyst on the sell side in small cap research for CJS Securities. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Vanderbilt University.

Ryan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Corp. (NASDAQ: GLDD), Frequency Electronics, Inc (NASDAQ: FEIM), Hardinge, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDNG) and AgJunction, Inc. (TSX: AJX). Ryan formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors of The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD), a commercial foodservice equipment manufacturer with a market capitalization in excess of $5 billion that completed 23 acquisitions and increased its market capitalization by over 250% during Ryan’s six year board tenure, Material Sciences Corp (NASDAQ: MASC), which was successfully sold to a private equity firm, Relm Wireless Corporation (NYSE MKT: RWC) and Cicero, Inc. (OTC:CICN).

Ben Rosenzweig, Partner

Prior to joining Privet in September 2008, Ben served as an investment banking analyst in the Corporate Finance group of Alvarez and Marsal, where he completed multiple distressed mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital formation transactions and similar financial advisory engagements across several industries. Ben graduated magna cum laude from Emory University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a second major in Economics.

Ben is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Startek, Inc. (NYSE: SRT), PFSweb, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFSW), Hardinge, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDNG) and Cicero, Inc. (OTC:CICN). He formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors of Relm Wireless Corporation (NYSE MKT: RWC).

Robert W. Serig, Analyst

Prior to joining Privet in 2017, Rob served as a United States Naval Aviator, flying over 50 combat missions from the USS Abraham Lincoln and accumulating over 300 carrier-arrested landings in the F/A-18E Superhornet. Rob is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with an MBA in Accounting and Finance.

Lisa Kaht, Office Administrator

Prior to joining Privet Fund, Lisa was a client services representative at Artisan Partners. She was a registered institutional equity sales assistant for 5 years at Morgan Keegan and over 20 years at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. While at Robinson Humphrey Lisa also worked in trading operations and coordinated their annual Institutional Conference.
