Ryan Levenson, Principal and Portfolio Manager

Ryan founded Privet Fund Management LLC (“Privet”) in 2007 and serves as the CIO and portfolio manager.

Prior to starting Privet in 2007, Ryan served as Vice President of Business Development at Millwork Sales International (MSI), a privately held building products distributor and construction services company. Prior to MSI, Ryan served as a financial analyst for Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn's long/short equity hedge fund after working at SAC Capital Advisors LLC in a similar capacity. Ryan began his career as an analyst on the sell side in small cap research for CJS Securities. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.

Ryan formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors of AgJunction, Inc. (TSX: AJX), Cicero, Inc. (OTC:CICN), Frequency Electronics, Inc. (NASDAQ: FEIM), Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Corp. Ben Rosenzweig, Partner

Prior to joining Privet in September 2008, Ben served as an investment banking analyst in the Corporate Finance group of Alvarez and Marsal, where he completed multiple distressed mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital formation transactions and similar financial advisory engagements across several industries. Ben graduated magna cum laude from Emory University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a second major in Economics.

Ben is currently the Chairman of the Board of Ascent Industries Co. (NASDAQ: ACNT), a member of the Board of Directors of Hardinge, Inc., and PFSweb, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFSW). He formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors of Bed Bath & Beyond (NASDAQ: BBBY), Potbelly Corp. (NASDAQ: PBPB), Cicero, Inc. (OTC: CICN), Relm Wireless Corporation (n/k/a BK Technologies Corporation, NYSE MKT: BKTI), and Startek, Inc. (NYSE: SRT).

John Egan, Senior Associate

Prior to joining Privet in 2019, John served as an investment banking analyst in the Business Services and Consumer groups of Fifth Third Securities, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. John attended the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Lisa Kaht, Operations and CCO

Prior to joining Privet Fund in 2014, Lisa was a client services representative at Artisan Partners. She was a SEC registered institutional equity sales assistant for 7 years at Morgan Keegan and over 21 years at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. While at Robinson Humphrey Lisa also worked in trading and retail operations and coordinated their annual Institutional Conference.
